THE ADVENTURE DOCUMENTARY
At this year’s film festival, attendees will be treated to an insightful masterclass with acclaimed filmmaker Nathaniel C.T. Jackson, centered on his groundbreaking feature documentary, Ice Maiden. The session provided an in-depth look at Jackson’s creative process, from conceptualizing the haunting story story of Lisa Blair's journey to his innovative use of archival footage and immersive soundscapes.
MAKING AN INDI FILM
Meet Mara Jean Quinn who is the lead actor, director, writer and Producer of Australian festival favourite Andamooka and learn how she developed the film from idea to screen and beyond.
